The Boss Mom Podcast

Welcome AMAZING BOSS MOM We are so glad you found us because that means you have a burning desire to create something in this world...something that positively impacts people AND also makes you money. You are in the right place. Here at Boss Mom, we know all too well the challenges of raising babies and businesses at the same time and you need more than just great resources (which we have) you also need a strong support system (we have that too). Just like all moms you need a simple business because life is complex and you should never have to apologize for having a sometimes unpredictable schedule. You can build a really successful (and profitable) business in 15 hours a week, you just have to know how (and we are going to show you). We interview amazing ladies who share their struggles and successes as well as solo episodes where I guide you through our Nurture to Convert System designed to help Boss Moms raise their business and babies at the same time. I'm Dana Malstaff, founder and CEO of Boss Mom LLC, and I'll be your host.

More about our guest, Pat Flynn.

Pat Flynn is the founder of SmartPassiveIncome.com (SPI) and the author of the best-selling book Will It Fly. His family is the primary motivation for everything that he does, and you’ll hear him mention them often throughout the SPI site. His wife, April, and two kids, as well as their dog, Gizmo play an integral part in how he prioritizes his business growth. He says that "The best part about my job is that it allows me to plan my day around my family, not around my business."

We love how Pat how he approaches his business...

When I started Smart Passive Income back in 2008, my goal was simple: share the strategies that have helped me grow my online business. Since that time, it has become remarkably easy to find advice on internet marketing and starting an online business—but what has gotten harder is finding ethical advice that has been properly tested.

My belief in helping you learn is simple: Share the truth, be honest, work hard, and lead by example. That’s what I’m all about, and that’s what SPI is all about.

A bit about our sponsor, Vintage Meet Modern:

July Promo

Hi, I'm Veronica. Passionate about preserving items from the past, and incorporating them into modern life, my boutique Vintage Meet Modern was born in 2011  I have loved jewelry all my life. Getting to play in my grandmother's jewelry box was one of the highlights of many Sunday afternoons as a child. Later in life, I found myself surrounded by jewelry again while working at Neiman Marcus specializing in designer jewelry and also working as a stylist. With 20 years experience in the fashion, retail, styling, and design industry my vision was to create an upscale shopping experience online focusing on the needs of clients who want to accessorize their life with something, unique, historical, and completely wearable --today, tomorrow, forever. Shop Vintage Meet Modern.
