The feeling of being busy fills most of us with a sense of accomplishment, but we need to remember that constantly being busy doesn’t always mean our businesses are growing. In fact, most of the time it’s the exact opposite. 

The momentum trap tricks us into believing we need to work round the clock to see results, but that only holds us back. When we dedicate all our business hours to client work, we lose time that could have been spent building authority in our markets.
